Josh and his team were a big help in our efforts to recover from a problem that developed as the result of a broken water supply line in the basement of our home. After the water and mold mitigation efforts were completed the contractors we initially contacted bailed on us. Leaving us to start that search over. The repair estimate from the insurance company came in much lower than that from Josh but by agreeing to put in some sweat equity on our part we negotiated a more affordable end cost. They completed the drywall portion and did a fine job blending in the new drywall with the old despite an issue caused by the thickness difference in the old versus new drywall.

This will be the first time needing mold and water clean up, but when we called to book an estimate, they were quick to respond and set up an appointment. When the contractor, Josh, stopped by, he gave us an honest assessment and estimate and put all of our worries at ease. We Had Josh and his team start the next day to clean up the water damage and mold that was in the basement. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Also, we are looking forward to the using RoxStar for the rebuild process as well. If we ever need other services (hopefully not water or mold clean up) from RoxStar Restoration in the future, we won’t hesitate to call.

RoxStar Restoration helped me with my flooded basement. They came out on time and walked me through the process with my insurance. Josh was very professional and patient with me during this whole process. Also, his crew was very nice and on time all well. We had called the Fort Collins BBB to ask for referrals. Josh was the first to call back at RoxStar Restoration, and was out the next day. He was attentive to all aspects of the water damage. He was timely in his scheduling, let us know when he would arrive and when he left. We really liked working with him and have now contracted him to coordinate our rebuild from the damage.

The staff at RoxStar Restoration starting with Stephanie who first contacted us was fabulous, professional and courteous. They took our horrible water damage experience and totally comforted us and began cleaning up the water problem immediately. Within 45mins or so of speaking with Stephanie, Josh and his crew arrived at our door step. He was our RoxStar 🙂 They disassembled and removed a 13’x10′ high heavy wall unit so they could get to the wall, the wet carpet and padding. He lifted it up so he could set up fans and dehumidifiers. Josh stayed till his crew was done which was at least 10:30pm and was back by 9:00am the next morning with to check up on the status of everything drying out. Josh said he will be back tomorrow to check up on everything, and hopefully remove the drying equipment. We could not be any happier with this entire experience. We have already recommended RoxStar Restoration to two of our neighbors in the neighborhood and we proudly display RoxStar Restorations magnet on our refrigerator. Justin will be coming shortly thereafter to re-assemble the carpeting, the wall unit drywall, etc.

I work for a Insurance Company and we have used different restorations companies in the past in which I will not use again. I had heard of RoxStar Restoration before however we hadn’t used them. Our client was going to pay out of there pocket so we wanted to make sure we sent a good company not like the ones in the past. When mold was found upon the inspection RoxStar Restoration was the first company we called and very glad we did. They handled the whole process from beginning to end without us having to be there. Omg..these guys did an unbelievably amazing job! My carpets were extremely bad due to many years of rescuing cats and dogs and they remediated the bad areas and took care cleaning my air ducts. Our washing machine drain backed up and flooded our entire finished basement.They took care of everything! Drying everything out, replacing drywall, tearing out carpet and the carpet padding.
